The Command Center app only turns off the 2 lights on the front of the case. I'm guessing it is the light on one of the internal parts. I just bought a new Aurora R11 in the dark moon color, and I noticed that on the left side of the case (when facing the front of the computer) it has 2 hexagon-shaped vents and the lower right vent has a rather large white light that shines through.
